Cancellation Policy
Life happens — we get it! Since your appointment time is reserved just for you, we ask that you give us a heads up if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 25% of the service cost
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost
If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened so we can stay on schedule, and the full service fee may still apply.
